In the three-day hands-on training course for developers, you will learn how to build an application that can publish data to, subscribe data from, and process data in, a Pulsar cluster. You will learn the role of Pulsar in the modern event streaming architecture, discuss core Pulsar architectural concepts and components, and review Pulsar developer APIs—pub/sub API and functions API.
This course is designed for application developers, ETL (extract, transform, and load) developers, and data scientists who need to interact with Pulsar clusters as a source of data, or destination for data.
Attendees should be familiar with developing in Java or Python. No prior knowledge of Pulsar is required. Participants are required to provide a laptop computer with unobstructed internet access to fully participate in the class.
