No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our servers are located in the United States. Communications Preferences: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.
California and CCPA Privacy Rights and Disclosures
CCPA: The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) applies to “Businesses” “doing business” in California and to California residents. StreamNative operates in a business-to-business (“B2B”) context and as a service provider pursuant to contracts we have with our commercial clients (the “Client”). In such instances, we are obligated to process the personal information we collect or are provided in connection with the Services in accordance with instructions from or the contract with our Client, which is the “Business” ultimately responsible for determining how your personal information will be handled. Accordingly, if you are using the Services in connection with your role as an employee of a Client, or by virtue of some other relationship with a Client, we encourage you to review that Client’s privacy policy to understand the full scope of how your personal information will be handled. Further, in any case where we are acting as a service provider to a Client, if you or your authorized agent (together referred to hereinafter, where applicable, as “you”) wish to exercise any rights that may be available to you under the CCPA, you should direct your request to the Client, who is the party responsible for receiving, assessing, and responding to your requests under the CCPA.
We do not sell the personal information of California consumers as defined under the CCPA.
